Fonda-Fultonville Central School submitted in 1989, to the
New York State Education Department, the Fonda-Fultonville
Central School's Asbestos Management Plan. In accordance
with the EPA Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1987
(40 CFR Part 763), this memo is intended to fulfill annual
notification stating that the Asbestos Management plan for
this school building is available and kept on file at:
Superintendent of
Buildings and Grounds Office.
